美国Neuro Probe公司专业提供先进的高品质的用于趋化实验的耗材（Transwell），更好地服务于药筛和基础实验研究领域。公司成立于20世纪60年代末期，自70年代中期，公司着重开发研究细胞活性实验相关的耗材，从第一代用于趋化实验的Boyden Chamer（单孔小室）到48微孔板的趋化小室，再到今天的ChemTx System他们始终与科学实验的步伐保持一致，追求创新，不断地开发新产品以满足多样化的实验需求。目前，Neuro Probe已拥有一套完善的产品体系： 一、Neuro Probe ChemoTx Disposable Chemotaxis System1、ChemoTx system用于细胞迁移实验的一次性产品，采用96孔板的标准形式，可以与目前的荧光酶标仪，和自动化分液器兼容使用。该系统包括趋化实验所用的所有组成：微孔板（1）；膜滤器（1）；盖子（1）。微孔板的小孔容量范围30ul-300ul。膜滤器的膜固定在板的外围边框上作为支撑，便于操作，膜滤器的每个测试位点有防水罩保护，限制了悬浮细胞移动到测试位点，这种设计不但对上、下两层小室中的细胞起了很好的隔离效果，并且减少了小室内水分的蒸发，和气泡的产生。 ChemoTx system产品 Neuro Probe

适合的实验适合大多数的荧光实验标准。荧光信号强度弱时，可以选择暴露面积大的滤器，孵育时间要比101系列延长3-4h。培养基量大时，选择孔容量大的板。收集强的荧光信号。

另外，滤膜的孔径也是可以选择的有：2um，3um，5um，8um，10um，12um。可参考滤膜产品信息介绍。 2、Reusable Chambers（可重复使用的小室） Neuro Probe96-well microplate chamber （MB-series） Neuro Probe可重复利用的MB系列趋化小室产品可以用于趋化实验，肿瘤细胞的侵袭实验及细胞与细胞的相互作用的研究。设计上也是采用96微孔标准板，可与自动工作站兼容，并且下室采用可以移动的方式，很方便非贴壁的细胞实验。同时，MB系列可以兼容其它系列的趋化板，也适合贴壁细胞的培养。造型上MB系列的板是上下两块板通过螺丝可以紧密连接在一起，上面的板子是96孔板的上室，下部板是一个大的凹槽支撑着微孔板形成下室。滤膜被放置在微孔板上，可以对微孔板进行荧光检测，细胞密度检测和流式检测来统计迁移细胞的的数量。
