ThetemplatefortheAC48chamber48wellchemotaxischamber(shownsurroundedbyFilterClips,Stock#SSC4)isathinpieceofplasticwithapatternofholesidenticaltothepatternofwellsintheAC48 chamber.Thetemplateisusedtohelplocatethespotsofcellsonthefilterafterthefilterhasbeenstained.Formostassaysitisnotnecessarytousethetemplatesincethereareusuallymanycells,andthestainisveryvisIBLe.Butifthereisverylittlemigrationofcells,orifthestainusedisnotvisible,itcanbedifficulttodistinguishcellsitesonthefilterfromspacesbetweensites.
